What if my pet gets homesick?
Our experienced team is well-equipped to care for pets that may feel a little lonely or unsettled. We maintain a friendly, loving environment and make sure to spend extra time with any cat or dog showing signs of stress, helping them feel safe and comfortable.
How long can my pet stay?
We offer flexible boarding options to suit your schedule and your pet’s needs. Whether it’s an overnight stay, a weekend getaway, a week- long holiday, or long-term boarding, we can accommodate your requirements.
How do you help pets settle in?
We take a calm, gentle approach to help every pet feel comfortable. Our team allows time for adjustment, follows familiar routines where possible, and provides plenty of attention, care, and supervision to reduce stress and anxiety during their stay.
When can I drop off and pick up my pet?
You’re welcome to tour our facility before your pet’s stay. Our drop-off and pick-up hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 11:00am
Sunday: 8:00am – 9:00am
Public Holidays: 8:00am – 11:00am (a $15 fee applies for drop-off and pick-up on public holidays)
We accommodate all stay lengths-overnight, short-term, medium-term, month-long, or long-term-so you can plan with complete peace of mind.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes! We offer a convenient pick-up and drop-off service in our electric van for $30 each way. Contact us to arrange a time that suits you.
Do you administer medications?
Absolutely. Our experienced team is happy to administer medications to your pet during their stay. Just let us know your pet’s requirements when you book.
Should my pet be vaccinated?
Yes — for the safety of all our guests, all boarders must be up to date with their vaccinations before their stay. Please bring proof of vaccination at drop-off.
